Aid is reaching the people of Myanmar!
LWR is responding through our international partners in global aid alliance, Action by Churches Together (ACT) International. ACT has reported that partners on the ground have been able distribute food, water, and household supplies to 100,000 people following the cyclone and are working to reach many more. LWR has pledged an initial $50,000 to ACT to aid the response. As relief workers survey the situation, LWR stands prepared to further assist the people of Myanmar.
