I just wanted to let you know abou the upcoming events happening. These events are for High School Youth only unless otherwise noted.Easter Breakfast, Sunday, April 4th 2010: This is an annual fundraiser for the youth. All the monies will be going to fund the next National Youth Gathering which happens in 2010. This event is open to Confirmation Students as they will be old enough to attend the event. Youth need to be at the church no later than 6:15am to start cooking and decorating.Agape Concert, Saturday, April 10th 2010, 7:00pm: This is a Christian Rap Concert hosted by Christ Lutheran Church in Webster Groves. There will be no transportation from the church to this event.31 cent scoop night, Wednesday April 28th 2010, 6:30pm: "On Wednesday, April 28th, 2010, Baskin-Robbins stores across the country will hold 31 Cent Scoop Night from 5-10 pm to honor America's firefighters. Baskin-Robbins will reduce prices of small ice cream scoops to 31 cents* and create an opportunity for customers to donate to local fire charities. Read more about the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation at www.firehero.org" (taken from 31 cent facebook page). The youth will be back at the church by 8:30pm.Next month: Look for announcements on Serving breakfast at Immanuel Lutheran Church and helping out a women's shelter
