To Area Ministry Ten:
I write to announce the appointment of Pastor Roy Christell, Living Lord Lutheran Church, Lake St. Louis as Associate Dean of Area Ministry 10, effective immediately. Pastor BJ Arnold will continue as Dean of Area Ministry 10 through June of 2011, at which time Pastor Christell will be named Dean.
Area Ministry Deans are appointed by the Bishop to extend the pastoral ministry and leadership of the bishop.
