Labor Day Worship Next Week – Bring a Tool of Your Trade!

Next Sunday we will focus on the "other 6 days of the week"!  Bring something that represents what you do during the week – whether it is work, care-giving, child-rearing, retirement, volunteering – and we will ask God to bless our tools and tasks during our Labor Day worship service!  It can be something you use or a symbol of how you spend your time the other 6 days of the week.  Ideas:  teachers and students can bring a notebook or laptop; health professionals can bring your stethoscope, or white jacket – you get the idea!  We will display our items in front of our Growing in Faith Together Tree and ask for God's blessings upon our daily lives and those for whom we care and serve.

Join us for Rally Day – September 9th !

9 am - Intergenerational Sunday School - Fill the Bags; Fill the Well!  We will gather in the fellowship hall for music, a craft, service project and snack!  We have decorated bags from VBS that we will fill with supplies for homeless children.  Bring your quarters to "Fill the Well" – we will add them to our peace pipe as we continue to raise money to buy a well for a community that needs clean water!

Sunday school classes, Ages 3 – Adult will begin the next week on Sunday, Sept. 16th. Read the September Voice for more details!
