Youth Gathering Planning Meeting this Sunday

To All Youth interested in the Youth Gathering 2012!

We have a meeting this Sunday, August 28th!

A. Upcoming Meeting Schedule:  Meetings are at the church on Sundays, 9 am

 

August 28 - Agenda:

·         Bring friends interested in going to the Gathering

·         Decide on housing type

·         Review finances and plan additional fundraisers 

·         Feed My Starving People - This event at Good Shepherd in Manchester is the same weekend as our Gathering Registration.  They are hosting a Hunger Walk Oct. 8 to help pay for it and will be scheduling times to work.  Are we in? (need parent coordinator, please! J) 

 

September 18 – Agenda

·         Give us your Commitment!

·         Chaperons – do we have a male and female?

·         Finalize the Registration Fee payment process

·         Plan Registration event for Oct. 9^th 1 pm (need a parent coordinator, please! J)

·         Finalize plans for Feed My Starving Children, if participating

 

       Sunday, October 9^th 1 :00 pm Registration opens!

 

B. Metro Coalition Pre-Gathering Events:  Mark your calendars now please! J

All events are scheduled 6-8 pm and cost $5/person; locations TBA – will rotate congregations.
